  • Initial Enquiry: Whether on the phone, via email or in person, ACE in a friendly and open welcoming manner will discuss with you how we can serve you best.
  • Registering with ACE: Once you have decided how much or little involvement you would like to have in the day-to-day running of your holiday home and selected or devised your bespoke package with your dedicated account manager, we will require a £150 Registration fee with £75 of which is refundable once you have completed your first booking with ACE. Should you require key safe access this can also be arranged.
  • Go LIVE: With booking platform calendars up-to-date, professional photographer having visited the property and various documentation complete, your property will be active and you will be ready to welcome your first guests.
  • Change-overs: ACE only employ cleaning and laundry staff of the highest standards and will manage their workload so you don’t have to.
  • Meet & Greet: If required, ACE are happy to offer meet and greet services for your guests arriving and for longer stays, we can happily call on your property to ensure your holidaymakers feel taken care of leaving them with an excellent view of your property and its related service.
  • Extended opening hours are a standard with ACE as we know that holiday bookings are made 24 hours a day from around the globe.


We at ACE understand the importance of choosing the right channels to market your property to the most appropriate audiences. We therefore employ a variety of strategies including a robust online presence, seasonal direct campaigns, local and national print as well as utilising our ever-expanding database of previous holiday makers and enquirers.

As part of your package, you will have access to a professional photographer and each property benefits from a stylish digital brochure. This is designed both as a specialist marketing technique focusing on holiday-makers looking for your particular type of property as well as enabling your holiday let to be used as a ‘Monthly Featured Property’ in our advertising.

If you are happy with managing your property but would like to be listed with ACE Holiday Lettings, we can offer you prestigious advertising for your rental property on our website. You manage your bookings and payments but benefit from a huge pool of potential guests for a minimal price.


This package is based on commission, starting at 9% your letting income generated by ACE. We prefer to use our own existing booking platform which benefits our clients by listing a selection of properties meaning more people seeing your property. With ‘basic booking management’ we take the bookings, process them and pass the details on to our clients to continue any communication that may be required.


The internet is fast becoming the best way to market and fundamentally let out your property. There are multiple platforms to do this through and here at ACE we have a wealth of knowledge across a broad spectrum of online booking facilities. Take away the stress and time from getting your holiday letting on the internet by letting ACE get you set up and give you full tuition on how to use it. You can then manage your own bookings safe in the knowledge that your property is being targeted at the right audience. As with all our services we are here to support and advice you throughout the process and we provide an aftercare service as part of this package which gives you up to 1 ½ hours as and when you need it to support you once you are up and running.


This package allows you to hand pick all the bits and pieces you require from all the services we offer and allows you to use other booking platforms yourself in conjunction with us in case you already have one in place and just want a bit extra!
